Supermoms Fiesta exists because one woman believed motherhood deserved its own stage. Dr. Sushila Singh Kaikade is the mind and heart behind the platform, the person who looked at the invisible, everyday labour of mothers and decided it was time someone said thank you — publicly, joyfully, and on a stage built just for them. With an inspiring vision and unwavering dedication, she transformed a simple idea into a full-fledged celebration, one where supermoms don’t just attend an event, they feel genuinely valued, confident and empowered. What started as a single gathering has, through her leadership, grown into something bigger: a movement with its own community, its own partners, and its own momentum.
Dr. Kaikade’s approach is rooted in a simple belief that when a woman leads with purpose, countless lives are inspired. That philosophy shapes every part of Supermoms Fiesta, from the way partners are chosen to the way each supermom is welcomed on stage. It is not just her platform; under her leadership, it has become a shared movement built by and for the community of women it serves.
